I didn't watch the If I Stay movie, but I'm thinking it ended with a major cliffhanger too. Will definitely have people wanting to watch the next one to see what happens! I won't watch it until they're both out!
In this case. I hope the media is correct. You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
Thank God for that, that scene just wasn't necessary anyway. [emoji85] If they had kept it, it would of been so cringe worthy to watch, no one can make removing a tampon sexy. [emoji13] [emoji13] I remember reading it as a WIP eons ago and it wasn't too bad reading with ye breaks in between. Book 1 ends with [spoiler]Hope that spoiler worked as on Tapatalk atm. [emoji6] I found that book 2 & 3 could of been just one book instead of 2 as 1/2 the stuff in them were just filler. [emoji20]
As I read FSOG as P2P how much did she cut? Is it worth re-visiting as a FF? My BF wants to read it before the film comes out. I told her there are better examples of the genre in both FF and P2P but you know how people are......slaves to fashion/mainstream.
Without 'drama' it isn't a BR. Drama, non-consensual sex, heroine with long hair, men who are 'rakes' and rich (hopefully the richest), all necessary part of the BR franchise ..Get use to it, Oh, Padawan And now you've made me want to go read one....frigging hell!
Read Julie Garwood!!!!!
I FLOVE Johanna Lindsey's books!!!!
lol I loved the drama and angst but the last part just felt like it was added just for the heck of it. Didn't feel like it really added much to their story. If anything it took away from it in my opinion... made his love for her seem not so solid after all.
Honestly I think what McNaught was doing was 'flipping the script'....He was acting like a 'heroine'. He didn't trust her, he was waiting for the other shoe to drop, and jumped at the slightest indication......it's normally what heroines do. In fact I think that is what made McNaught popular in the first place, she kinda flipped the script on BRs of the time, its what I liked about Whitney.
Which book would you start with by these authors?
Hmmm. Never thought about it that way. Good point! So maybe I still love him.Oh and I thought Whitney was great! Loved that she wasn't a wimp!

Keypad I liked the Hathaways more than the Wallflowers. But I found out that one of the characters in wallflowers comes back as a major one in the Hathaways.
A Pirate's Love!!!! She wrote it forever ago... but its my favorite
I know everyone else is laughing at Lindsay Lohan but Keypad is really making me laugh - Kim that could so be your new user name.
