So, after reading y'all talking about goodreads I finally decided to make an account, and in order to see all these books that everyone has rated, I take it we need to be friends on goodreads, so if you could add me as a friend, I would appreciate it. I have the same name as on here, and I think I am the only one. I was feeling the need to take a short break from Twific, but then I started Masen Manor and am enjoying it so far.
Based on Demaris' recommendation on Goodreads I read Tight by Alessandra Torre and it was really good. Strangely a dark subject, but somehow still super romantic and swoony. I did catch on early about what was going on with Kitty, but I totally missed the other big reveal. I actually didn't realize until I read some of the spoiler reviews after, but I read the whole book pretty much in one sitting and was extremely tired!

Took Dornan to the vets today (to neutered - so there's another man in the world who hates me, lol. ) and I felt like I was at Twilight reunion as there was:2 cats called: Jasper and Kebi2 dogs (different owners) called: Edward and Bella, a snake called: Roseand a tortoise called: Bree. I was sat in a corner trying my best not to piss myself laughing, as I'm sure that trying to explain away that I was thinking about Twilight cos of animals might be slightly weird. It was definitely the moment when the guy who brought the dog in and said he was called Edward, was when it took everything in me not to laugh out loud.
I downloaded the copies of into the mystic by 107yearoldvirgin that were in the index, they seem incomplete. Does anyone have the completed version? Thanks
Both copies are complete, although one of them comes in 2 parts so you have to download both parts. The story ends at Chapter 40. Chapter 41 is merely a list of the songs used in each chapter.
I have a cat called Charlie. Oh, and Sam. But my husband named him. I would have named him Ron. Because he looks like a Weasley. They actually weren't named with Twilight in mind. I just like to give my animals real names. Started when I was single. "Alex and I can't come to the phone right now..." sounds so much better than "Puffball and I can't come to the phone right now..."
Lol, puffball sounds like a really bad stripper or p0rn stars name. The hubby wishes I chose names for the pets that were more "normal" as he really dislikes it when he calls the dogs as he thinks people stare at him for calling famous peoples surnames for no reason.
Just finished reading this book and it was awesome! Tears are still slowly leaking out of my eyes, hands clammy and heart beating fast. Goes to show you can't put down a good book. Was sorely tempted to read those spoiler reviews a few chapters in as i couldn't stand the suspense. good thing i didn't crumble, all the suspense was so worth it. Wow, anything i read tonight might be a disappointment after Tight. Will just play some games first and read tomorrow night instead. Wow, still reeling.... Well, good night ladies!
So glad you liked this! I thought it was a great book. I'm reading How To Kill a Rock Star and it is CRAZY good. You guys need to check it out! You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
I have that in my library. Will move it up. Am about to start Prick....Btw, just watched Ant Man and it was good. Funny and action packed. I was sooo tempted to watch Magic Mike but no amount of arm twisting would convince my husband to watch it.
Finished this one: Play, Pause, Repeat by r.roseBella Swan knows that YouTube's most subscribed gamer Edward Cullen goes to the same university as she does. She knows collaborating with him in one video will boost her fledgling cooking channel's traffic as well. What she doesn't know is that views and subscribers aren't the only things Edward can give her. Looks like their shippers might actually be on to something.Twilight - Rated: M - English - Romance/Humor - Chapters: 26 - Words: 57,952 - Reviews: 1151 - Favs: 1,089 - Follows: 1,519 - Updated: Jul 4 - Published: Feb 14 - Bella, Edward - CompleteYou are not allowed to view links. Mostly sweetness and light throughout the story - although we all know the internet harbors haters. The story touches on the subject, but doesn't dwell.
Really cute story. Thanks for the rec. Renee cracked me up. She sounds like my sister who is not quite computer literate. She bought a Macbook before moving in with my PC knowledgeable parents because she heard they were easier to use. My 80 year old mother knows how to use a PC and search YouTube. My niece used email my mom in text-speak so I taught her how to Google it. Of course, now she is starting to have memory problems. I should write it down for her. Tech support (me) over the phone isn't always good. So I read Contractually Bound by LyricalKris. Really sad in parts. Bella did a stupid thing when she was 17 that messed up both Edward's and her lives. Edward forces her to pretend to be engaged to him to make Esme happy. There is an HEA. I thought it would be more humorous but it was angsty. You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
