It bugs you because, like me, ya like an author to THINK before they write. But again it might be an Australian thing. Here you can get a passport in a day if you pay more and happen to live near a passport office, which considering there are only 7, spread throughout the UK, that takes luck. You drop your paperwork off in the morning and collect it in the afternoon, maybe it's the same in Australia? So I have finally started Wisp, first chapter so no opinion yet
First, Happy New Year everyone!! Here's hoping that 2015 will be better than 2014. Ella, I know that here you can pay extra and get a new passport app expedited so that it comes within 2 weeks rather than the standard 6-8. Maybe it is the same over there? The one wrinkle that I can think of is that her daughter's father would have to sign off on the passport app agreeing to the child being taken out of the country. My co-worker just went through this for her daughter to get her passport.
It's different here in the US. My husband took the boys when they really young to get their passports and nothing was required of me. That was a long time ago tho' maybe things have changed since then. Were the surnames of the parents different on the birth certificate in your friends case? If so, maybe that's why consent was needed.....who knowsHappy 2015 everyone.
The father is not an issueSorry but you are not allowed to view spoiler contents. it messes up the beginning of the story if you know that. I'm trying not to spoil it for others who might like to read it. So far, it's been a good read. I'm supposed to be studying for the bar exam, but I keep taking breaks to read "just a chapter" Yeah or 3. Why did I sign up to take this test?
The kids have dad's last name, but the information is required on the passport application here. I don't know if they would even accept unknown on the application. Ok, so since there aren't really any TMI questions forbidden here, I have to ask......What do you guys use for hair removal? I have been looking into something that is permanent, but reviews seem to vary across the board. Anyone here willing to share?
Bingo! OK. Wisp...Sorry but you are not allowed to view spoiler contents.

That could be it. It takes about 3 months now. It's been a while since I got one. I think you can pay extra for rush delivery. But rush is like 2 weeks. Wisp starts out interesting. A little slow and you aren't sure what to make of it. I will say, if you are looking for lemons? Don't bother. But it is an angst-fest especially when Sorry but you are not allowed to view spoiler contents.
So I'm reading this decent fiction called Sweet Temptations by Lillian Broderick. You are not allowed to view links. Register or LoginIt's been pretty good so far. She's from Australia so I'm giving her leeway on the fact people seem to be able to travel from Forks to Seattle in minutes rather than hours. So I don't know why this is bothering me, but Edward wants to take Bella and her daughter to Paris for their honeymoon. The daughter is three. I'm thinking she doesn't have a passport and from the fact Bella just turned 20 and has probably not been out of the country either, I really doubt she has one. But they are getting married in two weeks after deciding to move up the date. Yet no discussion on how long it takes to get a passport. Okay then. LOL! Really not sure why it is bugging me.
Ella are you reading Wisp now too?
I haven't finished this Fic yet (got a little too wordy and diabetic sweet, I'll pick it up again when I'm in the mood for that). I wouldn't assume they don't have passports, they likely traveled when Bella's mother was alive, Bella is Lil Bit's legal guardian and would have been able to update her passport as needed. Since Seattle is only a ferry ride from Canada, it is not a far reach that they would have travelled there.
We renewed our minor children's passports recently and my husband and I had to both be present and sign the documents in the presence of the passport agent to have their renewals sent in. Passports, in general, have been more difficult to get since 9/11.

If the parents are still married it shouldn't be a problem. What is an issue is when a non-custodial parent wants to take a child out of the country without permission. Or even the custodial parent. I've had friends who couldn't move because of the custody agreements didn't allow them to leave the state. I can understand it if the relationship is bad.

Mrs F, I was watching Great Movie Mistakes IV and there was a scene from Shame. The great scene with the intense staring on the subway, anyway Robert Webb was talking about Fassy and he called him Michael "Middle Stump" Fassbender.I just love that nickname, it's so apt.
I would be so mad! But what do you mean 'no lemons'? Not a single lemon in this whole story?! But, it's like,...eternally long! How the hell did Loopy cope?! Michael elephant trunk Fassbender I love that subway scene, if that had been me I'd have dragged him down a dark tunnel. I'll bet good money that none of the men being currently treated for sex addiction world wide look like The Fassy
I use a mixture of waxing ( in the summer) and Braun wet and dry epilator You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login I did laser hair removal under my arm, mainly a waste of money. The hair is still there after 13 sessions, you are only meant to need 8-10, but it is much much finer and barely noticeable but I still have to remove it once every 3 weeks or so. I've not wet shaved in around 15 years, hated the bristly feeling when they started growing back.
