So, Bella is in S. Carolina where she works and Lauren is her bitch boss. Bella sits outside in the sticky heat at lunch under an oak tree so she can see Edward.  She catches glimpses of him in the forest but then he always appears by her. Her bff is Angela and Ben has epilepsy, Dr Cullen asks about Bella which both girls think is strange. They start having lunch-- he's a vegetarian. They share salads and sandwiches. He's always watching over her shoulder at the woods. He invites her to his home in Cherokee but tells her to bring good shoes because it's deep in the woods and they'll have to walk a little too. When she questions why he lives so far out her tells her that he's a vampire.
