That's really sad I think what you did was great. My daughter (who is now 9) was only 7 years old and was eating a snack size chocolate bar when a couple of older girls who was maybe 12 or 13 started picking on her and told her to be careful because that piece of chocolate was gonna make her fat. My daughter came off the school bus crying her little eyes out because she was worried about getting fat. She was like this for a few weeks, always saying she wasn't hungry even for dinner. Mind you she's really thin and wears a size of the average 6 year old till now but not once did i tell her shes "skinny" or "thin" because i think too much emphasis is placed on body shape. I've never complained about my weight in front of her and when I joined the gym I told her it was because I wanted to be fit (again I didn't mention weight). She now knows that it doesn't matter what shape she or her friends are, the most important thing is being kind to one another.

I could not agree with you more Mernzi.   I am sorry your daughter went thru that.  I struggled with weight all my life and it is a hard thing to deal with,  I can imagine how hard it is being 7 years old and worrying about it especially when you do not have an issue to begin with.

On the other hand, if it was the australian kiss, being a hoover is a definite plus

I'm starting another new one.  It is a not a summary I would usually go for, but, I have read a couple of bad ones lately and figured this couldn't be any worse.  Those may be famous last words - we will see!

It certainly has a twist - I quite enjoyed it.

most of the time i read the last chapter.
unless it is a wip. obviously.
and sometimes i also skim the middle of it to know what the drama is about, if it is cheating E on B or B on E i wont read.

I think i started doing that after a fic killed edward off. 40 chapters of angst, i think it was Mens Rea.

I don't like reading about that either, but this story is good I read it in one sitting
