Thanks for all the recs... Hoarding is really a habit i can't break (nor do i want to

)...i can't finish enough books to ever shorten my TBR... I try to read as many shorter fics as i can to trim down the numbers but a few days here, the 10 i finished is replaced by 15 more, that even doesn't include the "real" books

So i just finished Love Unscripted (a former actorward fanfic) and have started the sequel Love Unrehearsed. i really liked the first one, 4 stars, give it a try...

The upside to discovering fanfic and this site a bit late? All those books with sequels are all already published and I can read them in sequence without waiting too long

I don't think I realized that Love Unscripted/Unrehearsed were fanfics! Thanks for the tip. I really enjoyed those too. Have you read Sempre? That was another fanfic that I really liked!

Don't read finding my thunder then. She went overboard with the tragedy. It did have a hea.

Se is a great writer. But she is getting carried away with sensitive topics.

My wounded soldier has some drama, but it not as bad. Very well written.

I've only read My Wounded Soldier by Counselor and loved it. I've planned on reading some of her other fics, but just got distracted by other stories.

Thanks for the heads up on Finding My Thunder; I may avoid it if it's really heavy on the angst. Have you read Roar Like a Lion or Bringing Bella Home?

And what's the deal with Edward & 2 women in Love Like a Hurricane? I don't do Cheaterward.

Haven't gotten around to reading PoF yet but it is in my TBR list, slowly inching its way up. am not much of an angst fan as i prefer light, humorous, romantic stuff, must be all HEA. however, I did read Emancipation Proclamation (published as Sempre which i haven't read) and Offside. i loved both of them and are at my top 10 favorite fanfics

Finally - a plus side to working all day in a different time zone - total oblivion!

So all is good in the world:

FFnet is working - I have Lauren's rec of Double Dings open in a new tab as I type,

I have a bottle of vodka in the freezer (well, 3 actually - one is almost empty - I think someone has been sneaking into my house and drinking it, because I don't remember having that much! - one is brand new for when the other runs out, and the third is a bottle of Crystal Head vodka that I'm keeping for a special occasion - like when I watch Indiana Jones...or when I run out of Grey Goose!)

and it's Friday and I have NOTHING planned for the weekend!

I just checked my mail box and my diva cup was delivered today. I'll have to wait at least 3 weeks to use it, but I opened it up and discovered that not only do I get the cup, I also get a dinky little bag to keep it in, as well as this:

I'll PM you about Love Unscripted and Love Unrehearsed. They are books based on twific, I believe.

The green buttons are like the Thank button, but you can only use it once on the same person in a 24 hour period.
The red button is the smite button - remember the dreaded smite wars from a few weeks ago? Smiting someone is like giving them the finger!

Somehow the buttons impact on your rating which is displayed under your name too.
