Yes, drove me crazy because similar to Fridays at Noon - when she would update Friday at noon - she updated only on Saturday morning.  Thank goodness is was a fairly short story.   :P

Agreed, I remember getting to the end once all was revealed and being relieved that it went as it did. The author did a fantastic job with that one IMO

I haven't read Fridays at Noon yet. The first chapter was good, but I just couldn't get into it. The poor, hard-working, witty waitress, the handosome, rich, @sshole... It had cliche written all over it and I wasn't in the mood at that time. I never went back, maybe I should give it another try.

I'm pretty dissapointed in stories lately... I must have started and flounced more than 30 (!) stories in the last month! Nothing can keep my attention. I think the last thing I read and liked was Deviant by planetblue. I think the real reason I sticked with it was the fact that it updated regurarly and I liked following the story little by little. So now I only read WIPs (who update at least once a month!) I really enjoy waiting for the next chapter instead of thinking "Wow, I still have sooo many chapters to go." Am I weird or what?

And, thanks to the marvelous chat about the Dive Cup this morning, I just got my period. And I have a paper due tomorow that I haven't even started.

How this writer is getting published is beyond me... The writing was awful!
I couldn't read this story.  I started it because people were saying how great it was.  OMG! Yeah, that first chapter - no no no.

I would have killed Charlie and James. 

I guess I would feel the same way about Wisp if I had to read it from the beginning.  Which is why I couldn't read the beginning that she has on her webpage.

Glad to see everyone reading The Tutor as ItzMegan73 was one of the first authors I devoured and loved.
Question now that you've read Fridays at Noon, would you say it is more angst or drama?
   It's both... definitely not as much angst as some I've read.   Honestly, the feel of it is very similar to 50SoG or Bared to You.  (rich guy/not-rich girl)

That's the only one I know - Jonnyboy7.  His sister got him into it.  I've heard good things about his stories, but I'm not into Mafiaward, so I haven't read it yet.

There's also University of Edward Masen (UoEM) by Sebastian something.  That was published, too.

Whenever nothing is holding my interest, I usually go reread something I really like.  Because sometimes, I'm just not in the mood for a new "world"  I liked the last one I was in and this new Edward and Bella are not that world.  So it will take a while to find something that makes me feel the same.

Every time I go to buy tampons, they have changed the package or changed the whole dang plug. Either they leak or they freaking PINCH when I put them in. I thought the cup sounded kinda gross, but hell, I used the no applicator tampons til they screwed them up, can't be much worse.

Yeah! You should definitely give it a try! But like I said in a post before, you can read up on it before. There are different brands, different materials, different sizes... My cup is a Lunette (Finnish brand) and I'm very happy with it, but I've heard a lot of good things about the MeLuna (German brand, but I had my cup when they started producing).

Finally finished Fridays at Noon!   So very good!  The ending was great!  I'm now reading through some of the outtakes (EPOV) and was glad to see that there was an outtake for their first night together at his house (after the campout).   I was majorly disappointed when they breezed over that originally.

It looks like Once Upon a Saturday is quite short.    Plan on getting that one knocked out tonight!

Yeah! You should definitely give it a try! But like I said in a post before, you can read up on it before. There are different brands, different materials, different sizes... I think online is the best choice. I'm sure the Moon Cup is also available there and the LadyCup too... I have no problems with the DivaCup if that's the best available for you, I just wanted to tell you that you have options  ;)

The most promising looking ones I saw on amazon were the diva cup and lunette.
