I meant the other thread! There's some of the non-chicken variety over there.

FMT.. no idea. I feel like when you give us the answer it'll seem really obvious.

Well shit! If the other thread would actually alert me I'd be there. I'm gonna have to go through 5 billion emails to find the link. Thanks, bb  :-*

Oh, you need to check it when you're alone only. DON'T open it in front of people, they get concerned when you start squirming around your seat :D
LOL! I've been there, don't worry, I just missed an update somewhere along the line & I'm not getting them any more :(

Fortunately, I did bookmark it!!!!!!! >:D

Actually I blame no one. I like our little family here, craziness and all :) Like Zazou said in The Lion King... "There's one in every family, sir. TWO in mine actually!"
I want to superglue mahself to everyone here  :D :-*
Eh, I still blame RDMickey in that, thankyou, pleasedoitagainNOW! kind of way....  :-*

Though it does help that we all seem to get along so well.  I never feel as comfortable on the facebook forums.  Though there are some great ladies there, there are also the ones that make me afraid to open my mouth.  And there's more of the latter than the former... :P

You are right not to bother, FB is the Devil!

Started reading First in Ten by Nolebucgrl.(it's on thread 152) If I wasn't such a flounce Pu ssy I would so be closing this story down. Bella is a reporter, Edward is a American Football QB, I'm on page 7 and Bella has asked him all of 4 questions before she starts talking with her vagina (PAGE 7!) and to hell with professionalism and journalist ethic and getting fired...such bullshit!

I know it doesn't scream professionalism initially, but, I loved this story.  Emmett is hilarious in this one.
I like most of her stuff to be honest - if you don't like internal rambling though, you might not.

Oh and how the heck do you go to bed after 3 and still function later in the day?

I don't know, Astro asked the same thing a while ago but I find I don't need that much sleep...4-5 hours and I'm fine, I start work at 10 so up at 8 out by 9 at my desk by 10. Sometimes I work from home which is fantastic because it means I roll over in bed, grab my laptop and start my day  :D

I actually liked Finding My Thunder, but I don't think a lot of readers did because it's set in 1960's America with the tensions rising re: Vietnam and B's mom is bat shit crazy.   Not just a romance, but more of a story that encompasses the era of that time and how it impacts the relationship between B and E.

Ah, ok. I'm not a fan of that era. It's like period fics. Not my favorite.

my problem with it was the drama for the sake of drama.
Sorry but you are not allowed to view spoiler contents.

its neverending misery. this is what i meant by an author getting big headed. she was trying to see how many of us would flounce. thats why there were a million plot twists. all of them tragedy.

I hate drama for the sake of drama too, but I think i didn't feel that way about Finding My Thunder because it made me remember all the stories my pops used to tell me about the 40s, 50s, and 60s.  Plus, I don't read reviews and I'm no longer on FB so this is the first I'm hearing about the author being big headed so luckily I got to just read it without any hype or preconceived notions.
