Firstly, I read "intentionally" as "internally"!

And then I had an image of D_D shoving drugs into places where they shouldn't go!

Hell no!!!

There won't be anything that is not meant to be thrusted or shoved being thrusted and shoved. Lol

Where's this from?

Startled, she automatically screamed. Edward. . . seemed to find her scream particularly entertaining.

He laughed. "Well good evening to you too, Bella. You should greet me like this all the time. It's original... like a secret handshake."

Story: And with Thee Fade Away

The weather grew increasingly worse during the night, and I woke up to snow and sleaze..

Best line ever in a Fic. What's yours?
I had to know if she knew. "Say it." I ordered, panic laced the words as they left my mouth.
She hesitated.
"Say it" I demanded, "Out loud."
Isabella spun around and looked me in the eye. The wrong emotion was written across her face. Instead of fear she looked…supportive? "You're gay,"
This is from Creature of Habit by EZRocksAngel, this part always makes me laugh.

A man that loves kids and animals  is my kryptonite! My ovaries and my hoo-ha imploded, exploded and disintegrated:

BD2 director, Bill Condon revealed,
“It was amazing to watch Rob with the babies. He would just turn into this completely different person. He just loved being around kids and he would actually argue and say, ‘why do I have to keep giving the baby away to other people? I don’t get to hold her enough’ or ‘I don’t get to be with her enough.”

He looked at me
disinterestedly, and then raised his leg to clean his
bum.
Huh, strange.

From one of my most beloved fics

Strange....yeah, are we talking about a dog right?  Where is this from?

So, I was seriously considering this UK TwiFic meet-up, but it would take the best part of 7/9 hours to get there, depending on how I travelled. I'd have to stay a day extra either side, making it a 5 day long trip. I want to go but I don't see it working out.

York. It's pretty much as far away from me as you can be whilst remaining in England :D

York is a basket to get to - even for me.

Why the heck didn't they pick somewhere easier?  Manchester would have been manageable.

I'm not sure how I would be received anyway - I don't write, and am overly critical of those who do.

Last year was in London, so maybe they wanted to go North this time? Still doesn't explain why they chose that far up, though. If I stayed in Oxford with family the night before and travelled from there it'd be doable. Even so I have no idea what happens at those sorts of things. Looking at pictures from last year it seems to just be eating/drinking, but they mention Twilight related events as well. I have a feeling I'm far too loud and obnoxious to go to anything like that :D

Huh - I didn't think anything in the UK was 7/9 hours away.

Unless you're travelling by horse and cart.

In Australia, we have these big machines with wings that transport you from one town to another.  ;)

Distance:

While I thank you for your opinion, you cheeky cow, I'll have you know the nearest airport is ~2hrs from me and ~1hr or so from York, making it pointless to fly. So there.
