Twilight Fanfiction Non Canon, AU, e.g. not the usual pairings - just so we are clear this means stories that do not have as lead pairings such Edward/Bella, Rosalie/Emmett or Alice/Jasper. Or as the dictionary says about non canon "A word used by those who write fanfiction. It refers to a pairing etc. that was not promoted in the original work the fanfiction was based on." There are Jasper/Bella or Bella/Emmett or Edward/Jasper fics here but feel free to add your own non-cannon stories.

Can anyone recommend a good, long Jasper/Bella canon fic where she ends up with Jasper in the end? I'm really just dipping my toes into the hetro twilight fics and I don't want to be disappointed. I started one that seemed pretty good, then I skipped to the end (I'm bad about that, lol) to see who she ended up with and it turned out to be Edward.

Needless to say, I flounced it after the first chapter.

Yeah, speklez and wonderwounded... are great for non canon, I love their fics!

If you want to try something other than Bella/Paul, go and try some Bella/Sam fics! There are some really good ones out there. I really like Hurt by Mrstrentreznor. And we just talked about LJ Summers in the other thread, she has written great wolf fics. For Bella/Jacob, did you try jusobele? I think she's a must read (I think all are to be found in the other non canon thread)...

It's basically a retelling of Eclipse, only Bella doesn't take Edward back, and falls for Jacob instead. I liked it a lot, well written, true to character, highly recommend it. Edward and the Cullens aren't villainized , Bella felt like Bella, Jake felt like Jake, it's just a great story if you're looking to dip a toe into a Jake one.

I'm seeing that, but I guess I'm used to it already with the Jasper and Peter fics. Hard to find good ones! That's why I asked here, rather than slogging through the groups on ff.net.

Warning though: The Cullens (minus Jasper) are villains here as they have been in her other fics that I've read. So if you don't like evil Cullens this may not be the one for you (though it's nothing horrible and the fic is really good)
