I think I read this before I started to turn the stories into pdf's to store, but would like a copy of it.  I think that Nettie is who changed Bella, Jasper hears Maria yelling at her sisters for doing the ritual.  She had tried it before but killed the person changing after I think like 10 days.  Bella is left in a basement/cave.  She gets freaked out by an eighteen wheeler truck when she is running around after awakening from her change.  She went back to where the camp where she saw Jasper before she was change but there was nothing there.  I can't remember but for some reason when they are reunited, she is terrified when she gets into the truck to go see Peter.  The cell phone freaks her out also.  Jasper/Peter realizes that Bella is the person from the ritual that they didn't find when they destroyed Lucy and Nettie.  I remember that I liked the story and hope that these details are correct and help find the author/story title.

I think you are correct on these details.  I did know some of what you have said, but only remember it clearly now you have reminded me. The only thing I don't remember is the bit with Peter and Jasper.  I hope someone can remember the title or author.  Thanks so much for helping, at least I know I didn't imagine this story now I know someone else read it!

i cant remember the name of another fanfic.
this one is with bella and jasper together.
Jasper is a vampire and bella is eventually changed into a vampire.
Alice and Edward are together. Bella and Jasper can't stand Alice and Edward.
a lot of the other characters are involved too and they eventually have to fight a war against Maria and her army.

You are not causing trouble, we all help each other on here.  Even I am looking for fics, cos my memory is crap and when I started reading fanfiction I didn't know how to save the ones I read!  I think Anchalee has it right, the details best fit Life Happens So Just Roll With It.  Perhaps, as you said, you have mixed some of the details up with another story.

I looked at the list to see if there were any new complete Jasper stories and this came up at the beginning of March.  I am finding it bl**dy hard to read.  It's 1 chapter, 273,692 words, yes that's right, just one continuous page containing the whole story.  Nobody can do that in one sitting, so when you go back to it, you have to hope it opens back where you left off.  OK for firefox or chrome users, no good for windows explorer.

The other problem is it is split into 2 different times.  The past and the present.  The past is where the story is, the present is just lemons.  I don't dislike lemons but every few paragraphs when the story switches to present time you are back to a lemon     It's got to the point where I am skimming the present day bits to look for the continuation of the story.  When you get to it, it is quite interesting, but I haven't looked at it for days.  I can't decide whether to struggle on, or if it's not worth it and put it up on the flounced thread.  Anybody got to the end?  Worth continuing?  Let me know.

I read this yesterday, my first Peter story, I really enjoyed it. My only complaint is this Peter was a bit different than the Peters I'm used to reading about, not nearly as smart assed and sarcastic. I still liked him a lot though.

Now I'm reading Sassafrass Junction, enjoying it so far, but I have to say, I don't love this kind of Bella. She's just not what I'm used to.

I'm on a Jasper/Bella reading binge atm... 

Just reading Second Chances by aerialla1. Pretty good, very typical clicheed Jasperversum, but well written and good plot twists. But UNFINISHED!  I didn't realize it starting... now I don't want to stop reading but I'm afraid it ends at a very suboptimal spot...

Well, yesterday I read Protecting Maddie by betterintexas. That was a treat, as ever by this author. He wrote several very enjoyable Peter/Bella and Garrett/Bella stories. 

I plan to check out Betterintexas soon, I've heard good things.

Isn't it amazing how much we get used to characters that are not even acting canon? I mean Twilight Peter is an empty character, Meyers didn't write anything about him but some writers started giving him gifts and charactertraits that got stuck. And we get cranky when some other writers dare to invernt their own Peter
