this one is with bella and jasper together.
Jasper is a vampire and bella is eventually changed into a vampire.
Alice and Edward are together. Bella and Jasper can't stand Alice and Edward.
a lot of the other characters are involved too and they eventually have to fight a war against Maria and her army.

The writer is writing a sequel.

Well I finished up Sassafrass Junction. I dunno how I feel about it. On the one hand, it was written really good, and I loved this Jasper, Peter, etc. On the other hand, I just don't like this type of Bella. I like a smart mouthed snarky Bella, but this one was a bit too much for me. The constant cursing, the drinking, the slutting around, I just didn't care for her as much.

And I'm really wary of author who have to make Vampella some ubervamp. It's like every author tries to outdo each other with all the powers they give vampella. Reminds me of that episode of South Park, fun with weapons, where the kids are pretending to be ninjas, and Cartman is Bulrog, and he says that he has "the power of all powers". He can't stand that his friends have a power that he doesn't, so he then pretends he has ALL the powers. And turns Kyle into a chicken.

Has anyone else noticed that non-canon stories tend to be more poorly written than canon ones? I'm not sure if it's because the amount of stories (both good and bad) is lower or the more experienced authors don't want to write NC.

I have read some real E/B stinkers by the same token I have read brilliant well written non canon stories. It is true that many non canon stories are not well written but I think it’s because the number of E/B stories far outweigh Non Canon stories.

It is a Garrett/Bella. He changes her in an alley after she is attacked by Victoria.

I think the answer is no.  I started to read this when it was first put up.  I have given up on them ever finishing it.  I have moved it to incomplete on my list.  I don't know any more about it than you will have seen on their authors' info, just that they had medical problems and computer problems.  I'm not on facebook or twitter, so if they commented on there someone else may know why they stopped updating.  They put up 2 outtakes at the same time the last chapter went up, promising more, but since then - nothing.  I think this is another abandoned story.

I'm usually pretty stoic about fics being abandoned, but there are some...
