Twilight Fanfiction Non Canon, AU, e.g. not the usual pairings - just so we are clear this means stories that do not have as lead pairings such Edward/Bella, Rosalie/Emmett or Alice/Jasper. Or as the dictionary says about non canon "A word used by those who write fanfiction. It refers to a pairing etc. that was not promoted in the original work the fanfiction was based on." There are Jasper/Bella or Bella/Emmett or Edward/Jasper fics here but feel free to add your own non-cannon stories.

Has anyone lately the same problem with fanfictiondownloader as me?
Whenever I download a story, normally it shows you the Author name and the name of the story. But by me it doesn't. And when I have downloaded the story, there is no title. I can't even save that one and try another because the downloder overwrites the last story.
I never had a problem before with it. I even uninstalled and uploaded the new version. But I have still the same problem.

Any help?

That happens when the actual version of the ffdownloader is not up to date with ff.net. Then it messes up. All you can do is wait for the next updated version to install and then try again. Use another downloader for the time being if you are afraid of losing stories while waiting.

In calibre the ffdownloader plugin got another update yesterday. Hope that helped.

The button for it should show up in the menu of calibre, if not you have to restart calibre.
Press the button to see your options.

Add new from URLs - is the same as the normal ffdownloader, it opens a little window where you can copy/paste a story url from ff.net or whereever. But it's better, because here you can add as many urls as you want asnd it collects all stories for you

update existing... - when you highlight WIP fanfics you already have in calibre and press that button, the downloader collects the story urls for you and updates them. That's what I do with WIPs I follow about once a week, very easy!

Very importand:
get story urls from webpage - now this is an option I love! here you can insert a url and the downloader collects every story url from that page it finds. So, if you insert the webpage address from a ff author you like on ff.net or twcs.net, the downloader collects every story they have written and put them in the download window. Press OK and you download every story, no limit. It also works with community adresses on ff.net, but only page per page (a community shows you 25 stories per page) and the collections on twcs.

by configure plugin - you can insert your passwords for txcs and also confirm you are an adult, otherwise you have to do both for every story during the download. How you do that is described somewhere on the fanfiction discussion thread, please look for it there.

The Index of uploaded Twilight stories now includes all the stories uploaded on the first and second 152 Twilight fanfiction threads, the 3rd 152 Twilight fanfiction thread (through 2/28/13), the Twilight thread started by bookfreak69, all the Nayd10 threads, all the little threads and the non-canon thread!

Please take a look at the "unknown" author listings under U in the index. Let me know if you can identify the authors of those stories. Thanks!

Think the story is Finally Home by Whitlock's Girl. Is a one chapter story, but is over 30 pages in length. Hope this is the one you were looking for. Just search for the story it is already uploaded. If you can't find it I will put it back up.

Thanks! The Jasper groups are fairly easy to find, wish there were more Peter groups there, I'm kinda into him right now. Or trying to be, lol!

Peter and Garrett stories can be hard to find. I was hoping with Lee Pace playing Garrett in BD2, there would be a surge of Garrett stories!

Then there's Alistair .... *sigh*

(Can I hope they would be written reasonably well?)
