SDFreeze came back as SuddenlySandi & she reposted pretty much all her stories.  So they are still out there on ffnet. They are all good, but LEARN and FEEL are a little sadder. You may like them though, there is humor amongst the angst.

FEEL & LEARN are two of the first fics I ever read.  I loved them both so much.
I hope she's fine.  She disappeared in October and deleted her blog.

TOTALLY!  Unfortunately, I haven't learned my lesson (as much as I SAY I'm not going to read WIP's I always break down when something just grabs me...) and I've been burned too many times to count.   

I honestly don't know which is worse....a fic I love that is incomplete and abandoned - or fic I love that is incomplete and PULLED?  I guess I will always hold out hope for the ones that are left up.   

It may be daft, but I find ones incomplete/pulled are a wee bit better than incomplete/abandoned.
At least there's a possibility of one day finding out how it ends - well if published that is.

Uh, yeah. Sorry bout that. Totally spaced on that name.

It should be Hannah Fielding, and she wrote Burning Embers.

I corrected the original post and added book titles and GR links for them all. Hopefully it'll help.

I have no idea what UGST stands for.. there's UST which stands for Unresolved Sexual Tension.

I agree with you about the abbreviations, what kills me when people start talking about a fic using abbreviations and you're suppose to guess which fic they're talking about!! (examples: EE= Evading Edward, TALAY= Twice as Long as Yesterday, HTSAL= How to Save a Life)
Of course I had to ask what those were because I would have still been guessing til today

5, 7 and 8 have been on lists as published ff writers, but as I have been searching I can not find proof of them actually writing ff and having pennames, so would say, they too,  stand accused but no proof has been offered.  These were Omnific writers so maybe that is why.   

I will continue to  watch and if something definite comes up will post it.   Goodreads  generally has good information regarding these writers. There is a pulled to publish shelf for former fanfictions, and I believe a shelf called cheap ploys to make a buck.
