Well if the knickers fit.... I'd say I'm one as well, though not as vocal as you, but I don't wear knickers.  Though back in the eighties I had a pair or two in the two minutes they were popular.  And I was as skinny as R Pattz.

Mostly I wear underwear

I clean out my office about once a year.  Though I'm trying to improve since the shredder only does  twenty minutes at a time. 

I laugh because most people think the same about California - it's about 500 miles between Los Angeles and San Fracisco though I guess the flight is only an hour.....if you don't count how long it takes to get to the airport.  So I know Australia is huge.  And finding RPattz, well maybe not as hard as a needle in a haystack....hey I said hard & RPattz in the same sentence :D

To me, knickers are underwear! Or as we call them here - undies.
Knickers could even refer to a sexy little g-string (thong) but I've never been as skinny as RPattz so I don't wear them!

Was that a li' joke? Knickers are underwear....Knickers covers anything worn on your ve jay jay..boy shorts, thongs, high leg, all come under the knickers banner, right? Or is this one of those transatlantic difference we often find.

To get in on the most recent topic of conversation; panties is the worst name for knickers ever invented. It gives me the heeby jeeby shivers. Ick. It's usually undies here; my dad calls them pants since he is from the UK.

It's nice to get a little background on everyone's names. Mine is boring too, it's just my name.

Hey Illabeth! I missed you today! You seem to be the only one anywhere near my timezone - although I know you're on Uni holiday time - and that's often a whole different time zone! - so when everyone wakes up tomorrow and wants a Sunday session, you can chat then - and I'll be hard at work. 

The only thing worse than the word panties is hearing a grown man say it - urrrrrgh!

We also call the "dacks" and "derps" (from underpants). Do you also call them "Reggies"? Perhaps that's showing my age. More ryhming slang - undies...Grundy's...Reg Grundy...Reggies. For those non-Aussies - Reg Grundy was the owner of an Australian television production company.
