Grand Jeté
Bella's life is full of certainty and boredom. A dance instructor without passion, she has no idea that the handsome man in her night class will teach her how every moment could be her big moment, and how every breath could be the last. AH/M. COMPLETE.
Twilight - Rated: M - English - Romance/Drama - Chapters: 18 - Words: 63,071 - Reviews: 3687 - Updated: 2-6-11 - Published: 7-3-10 - Bella & Edward - Complete

I loved GJ! It was one of the first FF I read...Oh! I might have to re-visit, after all, it's not like I have 200 stories in my TBR list or anything.. ::)

Sometimes you have to reread something you know is good rather than taking the chance what you are starting is going to annoy the heck out of you!!    ;D

That's my excuse & I'm sticking to it.  :D :D :D :D

Hello!
I'm a newbie here, but, I've been searching the shelves of this community (and fanficition.net) for some Edward sick stories and I've very limited options...
I've read "Dead on my feet" by Cesca Marie... And I'm looking for some fanfics in this category... (Where Edward is the sick, weak one and not Bella) so, if you can help me, that would be great!  :-*
Thank you and see you in the shelves!  ;)

Try this link, there are lot of different "wards on here....including a "disableward"? * shrug* beats me......

If that doesn't work - I sometimes have trouble with this in my browser - the mobile version usually works for me -

I loved Dead on My Feet.  The only one I can think of is An Angry Man by katinki You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

COMPLETE. Edward is a bitter, angry man, a man suffering the sins of his past. An emotional & physical recluse, he pushes everyone away. That is, until Bella, a mysterious woman with her own demons, moves in and forces him to face himself. AH.
You held out your hand, and I took it without stopping to make sense of what I was doing. For the first time in almost a century, I felt hope.

Well, you hit the quote thing to reply to the first one, then go down the page and find the next posting you want to insert and select Insert Quote

I only figured it out in the last couple days as well  ;D

It's easier to do on a computer than on a tablet or phone I've found

You're welcome.

I usually read and reply on my phone or tablet, and I couldn't figure out how to do it, partially because I can't scroll down in the reply box on my phone.  It's so frustrating.  But on the computer - wow! It all works!  ;D

I really liked Masen House and the one-shot, Dandelion (I admit I got a patriotic glow from that fic). I haven't started Forgettable yet (I decided in January to read everything loaded onto my e-reader in alphabetical order and am still only in the A's! - might need to rethink that plan  :-[).

Anyway, Belindella hasn't updated since December. Does anyone know what's going on with her WIPS?

ps I'm currently reading A Constant In The Darkness ( OK, so I'm only up to the A-Cs!!!) by Camoozle. It was written 2009-2010. Great story line but a little repetitive with E & B POVs. Huge amounts of angst. I was tempted to flounce early on but I stuck it out and am glad that I did because with 100 pages to go out of 789, I'm dying to know what happens! So much so that on my sleep-in Sunday morning, I was awake at 5:30am reading it! I'm really hoping that after all the drama there is a HEA!

So, I've decided after POF to read How to Save a Life. I'm on Chapter 11 and it's odd
Sorry but you are not allowed to view spoiler contents.
Which got me thinking further, if I'm so used to these characters fitting into a stereotype and fulfilling a strict plot function, are there any surprises left? And if not then why am I still reading Twifics? Answers on a post card....

I havent read How to save life. But i agree with certain stereotype & typical twi cliche in almost 95% fics. Its like writers are repeating same old same old chracters in little diff storyline.& these chracters turn completely X zone to Y zone in fics without any explanation.I was reading review section of Help Wanted[same writer of POF]. and particular chapter picked my interest so i read it.

. Lets just say i dont think i will ever read that fic. There is height of stupidity in fic.

I just finished A Delicate Line by DarkNnerdy, and it can be added to the non-HEA list for any that are considering giving it a read

And it was one of the most disappointing endings I have ever read, quite possibly the most. I HATE that, when you have a good fic, with promises of action and such and then it just falls short. It was kinda like the author didn't really know how to end it and...well, it wasn't good. No resolution on a lot of important plot points and just left with a  :wtf: and made me a bit :violent-smiley-007:

It was labeled as Suspense and Humor but holy hale. While there were some funny bits in it, it was most def'y a horror fic.

I started Help Wanted, but I flounced...so maybe I didn't get to that part....But it's kinda frustrating that as soon as I read the name Tanya, Lauren or Jessica i'm just wait for them to do their worst...I'd loved to be surprised!
