You are too right. I am eagerly waiting for the 4th one to finish and then I will re-read the first 3 and then do the 4th one. They are such great stories.
Sorry but you are not allowed to view spoiler contents.

About to start work (TGIF!!!) and just wanted to comment on a few things

Limomx - hope your nephew gets well soon. Am happy your son stood up to that bully. Sincerely hope the school does something more constructive to address the bullying issue... Well, any school for that matter bec it is seriously so wide spread now  :(

Thanks Booked.   :-*

It's sad that there are still bullies around.  But then I don't think they will ever go away.  But it's bad when you defend yourself and get in trouble.  I hope the other kid got suspended as well.

;)

I agree Ella,  yeah he did but only for 3 days.   >:(

Sexy Silk --- Oh my!   This one is a keeper!   Read it if you haven't!  I'm 60% in and don't want to put put it down.   (Darn job!)

I have just read an awesome one shot.

Ghost Story - staceleo
They loved her. She loved them. Fate ripped it all apart. They found comfort in each other, but love from the grave can be deadly. Horror. No HEA. One Shot.

The only problem I have with "suspension" is that for many kids, it is not a punishment. They get to be off school for 3 days.  They should have to give 3 Saturdays to volunteer somewhere.

I used to read the end of stories to decide whether I wanted to read them or not.  If I liked the end? I would read it.  If I didn't? Yeah, it got put aside.

Though with mysteries? I usually try not to read the end.  It doesn't always happen though.  :D :D

It's very hard,  I have been doing it since I was a kid. Peeps shout at me that I will ruin the book by doing that but it never does.   :-*

I usually don't tell people I do it.  They don't understand how you can read the end and still read the book...

But I really need my HEA, so I need to know there will be one...And an acceptable HEA, not one of those ones that just kind of hangs there.   :P

I do it to, often... Sometimes knowing the end is the only thing that keeps me reading, knowing that it's all "worth" it, ya know?

And since I love to reread stories a lot, knowing the end doesn't bother me. It's the journey, not the destination!  ;)

That's it! It's the journey.  I reread a lot.  Did you ever read The Princess Bride - the book?  It is hilarious if you read all the stuff he removed from the original version.  "The next 32 pages have the princess packing all her stuff up in great detail for 16 pages. Then one half a page of the journey from her castle to the prince's castle.  Then 16 pages of her unpacking the same stuff she just packed in great detail...."

So when I reread?  I usually read the "good parts" version  :D :D :D

No one catches you with an e-reader but they do with books.  I like HEA but if the story is strong enough I can and do read non HEA.

I have and do read books where there is no way they could be a happy anything.  I have just re-read Black Rain by Masuji Ibuse which is a moving, at times mildly amusing but happy - no  -  it is not a happy read a brilliant one though.

I do that with my fav books/fics too, re-read the good parts.

One book which I really enjoyed was The Crow Road by Iain Banks, it is a slow moving mystery but boy did I enjoy the journey.

No, never read the Princess Bride, never seen the movie either, don't know if I'd find it here... They use it so much in fics, I'd love to see it...

I love to reread several books, reading them is kind of a tradition... For example I love to read some Donna Leon books during winter, because hot summer in Venice, just reading about it makes me sweat... and seeing the snow outside makes it even better, lol...
Or Winter Solstice by Rosamunde Pilcher is one of my christmas books, there happens next to nothing plotwise, but it's a fun story...
And I don't know how often I've read The Stand by Stephen King...
