Yes, real books. Since I read outlander I started looking at books again.
But Outlander left me too raw, haven't been able to read the next book of the series.

I'm downloading some random stuff. Some I recognized from people mentioning here, like the Rock books by KRisten Ashley and Sylvia Day.

But outlander made me want to read more historical novels.

I have never read Historical novels. Is outlander good?

I'm starting to do better. I was just diagnosed with gestational diabetes. Getting everything under control is helping a lot I'm glad that your feeling better.

Aww sorry to hear that you got GD hun, my sister-in-law had it during her last pregnancy and I know that once she had her son, she was a lot better. I hope that's also the case with you hun.

It's great! But it killed me. I'm still DEAD. Especially since I know what happens on the next book.
I haven't read a real book in ages. But still, I lost sleep over it. Didn't even remember to eat!

This is something I just don't get. I'm thinking Kelly Burrows has a mental problem. It's bad enough to steal a popular story so you get attention, but then to taunt the author with it? Sounds like revenge.

Be careful if you look for Edward/Jasper stories as well. At least one of the stories is a mpreg story. At least this author tells you in the summary, so you waste your time by clicking on it. I don't remember the title or author of this story either. I made sure I didn't read it.

If you guys want to read a historical novel you HAVE to read the Bronze Horseman! I typically am not interested in history etc, but this was simply the best romance book ever written! It's one of those books that I will never forget... It was amazingly epic!

It wasn't a TwiFic, don't worry. But I like slash pairings in other fandoms, and I know that there are some people that actually like ( ) these sort of stories, but.... THAT'S WHAT TAGS/WARNINGS ARE FOR!

And it took me a while to understand what was going on, I just thought the author was being weird

Due to a snow storm shutting down the city earlier this week, I had plenty of extra time to read

Thankfully I was safely at home and not stuck in traffic like thousands of other residents

Moving on, these are old and you all have probably already read them but I figure it never hurts to have a little refresher! Earlier this evening I was trying so hard to get into dariachenowith's BDSM stories, Heartbreak Remedy and A Beautiful Disaster. I guess I'm too vanilla, because if I've read one BDSM tale, I've read them all. So wordy. I made it through the first chapter and was really, really surprised that they just jumped right into things! Bella ended up in a threesome with Edward and Jasper, and was then introduced to backdoor lovin' without any mention of lube being offered. So rude. Then I lost interest. IDK. Most of these BDSM stories are usually just kinky lemons with a rotating plot line. I really enjoyed tara sue me's stories though. They were fantastic.

I loved shy little Libraryward in Design for Life, it's so nice to take a breather from the manwhore archetype. I swear 9 out of 10 stories I've read has some ridiculous issue over characters having a sex life before meeting one another, and it's never Bella because her legs are obviously sewn shut. So this was nice to read.

Eight Nights of Delights was super fun! I'm so glad I managed to find it will browsing the archives. I love this authors take on Edward and Bella, making them horny Jewish teens

There is an Emma Chase on FF.Net but the account is blank, she is also published by Omnific. The evidence is stacking up.

I remember Demaris recced this sometime ago. It's on my tbr list I guess I'll go give it a whirl. I think I was putting if off because it's super long isn't it? 2/3 books??

Thanks Caro! Hmmmmm... That's interesting about Omnific. Also I have seen a few reviews by Alice Clayton online. It's being described in some reviews as Beautiful Bastard meets Wallbanger.

It's a good read none the less. Funny, witty, entertaining and I am sure it will be hot and swoon worthy later on. Very easy to picture the Twilight gang in the story.

Well, I found out that Emma Chase is definitely a fanfic writer but not for Twilight.

Her handle was Trulov and she wrote Roswell fanfiction.

I have never seen an episode of Roswell so I have no idea how the characters would compare to our Twilight gang. It looks like her stories were titled Tangled, Twisted and Tied. She was in the middle of Tied when all 3 were pulled for publishing.

I would love to have a look at the originals. Maybe I should start a Roswell thread.

I also just found a profile for her on Twilighted. It just has Favorited stories, nothing she wrote. =/
