I forgot ffdl does TWCS. Well, I know the Calibre one does it. But I think the other one does it as well now.

I always thought Steve got screwed by FFN. I wonder if the idiot that told him no really had the power to do so.

I know! But FFN doesn't have a helpful Mr Admin so...I still don't think fictionPad is a good alternative to FFN but as long as authors continue to also post on TWCS, A03 etc. I'll rather get my stories there...

IS FFN still randomly deleting stories with the word 'lemon' in the summary? 

It's that stupid group that alerts the admins and they delete.  That said,m, you do realize there's no MA rating on FFN right?  If a story has explicit sex scenes it is against the TOS.

I'd have thought the M rating covers that though, my understanding is that it's implies over 18 content (or is it 16?) which is old enough to read about sex, isn't it? Instead of fiddling around with the site (no cut and paste, no flag etc) they should look at their rating system, retards.

I remember Demaris recced this sometime ago. It's on my tbr list I guess I'll go give it a whirl. I think I was putting if off because it's super long isn't it? 2/3 books??

It's 3 books the books are quite long, but I am glad that they weren't shorter!   The story is just such a beautiful journey with so many lows and highs.  It blew me away!  If you read it, please post and let us know what you're thinking about it!   I was hooked right after the part where she met "him".

Yes I did, and it's 3 books so it is a commitment, but, it is one of the best books I've ever read, fullstop.

I think you're the one that recommended The Bronze Horseman to me...  I really didn't think I'd like it since I typically don't like reading about war/history etc, but it was absolutely amazing.  I don't think I'll ever read something that affects me quite that much.

I recommend with 5 gold stars and a cherry on top Youth without Age and Life without Death by Goldenmeadow. This story blew me away, so much so I had to review it on Goodreads, the last fic I recc'd on there was Dusty, those who know me will get the significance of that. Your Goodreads review has me wanting to gobble this fic up ASAP!   I have to ask though...  is there an HEA?  I can't emotionally invest myself in a book/fic without knowing that first!  Sounds like this one might b pretty intense.

LOL My love for Alexander and Tatiana was definitely giggle-worthy!  I'm still crazy over that book and try to get people to read it every chance I get!    Demaris, are you also the one that talked me into reading Wide Awake?

Ah, yes I remember that now!  I really liked that one!    Just looked back and it was Mernzi that recommended Wide Awake.   Of all the fics I've read that one stands out the most when I think back.   I loved it (well, except for the epilogue that I wish I could purge from my memory)
