flounced the first chapter a couple of times, didn't like the way I assumed Bella was going, all that stomping on the bar and pouring booze everywhere, but everyone said it was good so I persevered and loved it , all the way through once I got past chapter one .... bottom line ...read it ! You will love it.
Speaking of Deviant again in case anybody is wondering... I felt the same way.  I'm not into that "leather shorts, dancing on the bar" kinda scene LOL, but this story is SOO SOO much more than that.   I was pleasantly surprised that this fic is not only schmexy but it's got a really great story there too.   I'll have to say that this is one of the best fics I've read and if anybody is looking for a schmexy/swoony/romantic/low-angsty kinda fic then read this!   I'm so glad I decided to give it a try because I almost didn't read it...  Edward with a manchu? LOL  Yes.

Yes there is, it's called Lady of the Knight by ObessingOverEdward. I haven't read it yet, I do have it on my reading list.  :)

Right now I am reading There is a Light by belladonnacullen. I am hoping it's an HEA  :o
Thanks for LotK! I couldn't remember the name.      I loved There is a Light too!  Such a great story!

Glad to see you back and safe.
I had been wondering how badly you had been affected. Sorry about your house and car - how bad is it now?
Hope everyone is okay.
Everything we own is underwater so it's completely un-salvageable.
But it's the stuff like pictures and that we couldn't safe that is gutting, everything can be replaced once we get back on our feet (whenever that is).
The bugger is that our insurance company like many of our neighbours are refusing to allow any claims, so it means that we now have a house that we still have 17 years mortgage left on which is totally unlivable, unless we buy some scuba gear.  :D
But gotta look on the bright side - me, the family and our pets are all safe and fine. That and I have enough Ritalin and Prozac running through me, so I should be good for a bit.  :D :D

Hope you are faring better hun.

Hello!!!
I hope you are all keeping safe in this weird weather that we are having, unfortunately we lost our house, car etc in the floods and our village had to be evacuated by Marines.

So the only plus side is (much to the hubby's amusement) I was felt up by a Marine while they were trying to help us into the life boat.  :P
We are now staying at my in-laws, which is weird as I've not lived with any parents since I moved out of home at 15. So it means and the hubby have to be even more discrete than usual as his Mum and Dad are in the next room.l  ^-^ :D :D

Right, I'm going to go back and read the 20 pages I need to catch up on.  :D :-*

Hi Loopy. I've wondered if you were okay, every time the news reports came on about the floods. (after the last pics you posted). Sorry to hear you've been so badly affected hon, but glad you've kept your sense of humour.

Nothing as dramatic here, but the car port roof came off in the storm last night so I spent a fair bit of this afternoon picking bits of it out of next door's garden while their kids watched me through the window.

Thinking about you all (hope Dior is doing well) and keeping everything crossed for a speedy solution for you.

I FLOVE Deviant, I read it when it was a WIP and then I read it again straight after it was finished.
I loved Manchu - I kinda wanna dry hump his face, TMI!?!  ^-^ :D :D

Oh Sweetie I can't believe you lost all those photos...that is heartbreaking. Bloody insurance companies trying to wriggle off the hook. I hope Cameron follows through with his, "money no object" pledge.
Keeping everything crossed for you.

We haven't really had it that bad up here and flooding isn't an issue as I am fairly high up.
The winds and rain have been horrendous and have caused damage but nothing like what you are dealing with.
I'm glad you can look on the bright side and hope the insurance company sorts themselves out soon.
Stay safe.

Lol, it's either that or cry and the hubby's fed up with me crying so I gotta laugh.  :P
And in a weird way it's kinda fun living with his parents as not only do they do a lot for us (mainly me as they make the hubby and my Daughter pick up after their selves) it also means that me and the hubby are actually getting a bit more sexy time then we would if we were at home. :P :P
Dior is doing fine hun, can't believe that she is 5 weeks old in 2 days - times flown by.

Hope that's the worse you get hun, but either way it's a bugger when you have to try repair anything that becomes damaged. :(

Thank you hun. That's only thing that has really pissed me off - as a lot of the pics aren't ones that we had saved to online storage etc.
Seeing is believing when it comes to Cameron.  ::) ::)
Sending out warm and fuzzy vibes (as according to Caro I'm good at this) to everyone that they keep safe and that this crazy weather ends soon.  :-*

Thanks hun, I hope they do too or I think the hubby might go all Chuck Norris on their ass.   :D:-*
Even though you are up high, it's a nightmare as wind can be just as bad as rain.
Let's hope this ends soon.
You stay safe too and don't try to fly any kites or go gliding just cos it's windy.  :D :-*

OMG! Loopy, I'm so sorry you lost everything.  Yeah, almost all can be replaced, but it is still hard.  I had a pipe freeze  and flood our house a few years ago, and that was nothing compared to what happened to you.  And I just wanted to cry every time I had to throw things out.

Hopefully your family members can replace some of the missing photos for you.  I tell you, it's the best thing about digital photography, you send everyone the pics so they can send them back to you later. :)

But I a so glad you and you family are all okay.  :-*

My Mum and Dad had the something the same problem when they had a frozen pipe burst as well, so I know what you mean. I'm trying not to even think about the clear up when/if we can go back.
I think (hope) most of the pics we lost are probably on someones phone/camera somewhere it's just the older ones which obviously aren't
I don't think I realized until now just how much I rely on technology for everything.

Loopy, I've been worrying about you.  Glad to see you back.  So sorry for all the lost property, but happy you and your family are all safe.  Hope you have lots of insurance and that England has something better than our federal emergency management agency.

I needed a good laugh and you hoping that we have something better than your FEMA did that.  :D :D :-*
It took 8+ weeks before the environment agency would acknowledge that there was a problem.

I guess it's too much to hope that ANY government agency has any snap.  I am glad to see you posting so much, though.  I just love looking at Rob kissing that girl in the elevator.

They were pretty cute, though there wasn't a lot of choice as all the other Marines were about 20 years older than them.  :D
