This is the new thread as the other was sooo long and had lots of pages. Continuation of our wonderful discussions on Twilight Fanfiction, Books, and Life in general. But mostly Twilight fanfics... and life stuff that will get me a NOT ALLOWED statement.

Okay, here is a place to discuss what you are reading, ask for recommendations and complain about the writing.

Sorry, just had to share this.

I finished a meeting a few minutes ago with our IT guys. Couldn't help but covertly smirk, cough, and look away to prevent myself from laughing out loud.

Items we discussed:
1. Penetration Testing
2. system revisions that could touch the core
3. Hard dates
4. Stripping rules

Yes, it was my inner 12 yr old that was very much present during the meeting.

Sadly, none of the guys were a hot geekward.

You know it's men that come up with all the tech lingo, right?

You know it's men that come up with all the tech lingo, right?

During lunch, my co-worker who was in the same meeting asked me how i could not laugh during our meeting. She said she was also holding it in the whole time and she noticed my looking away when those words were said, which almost made her burst out laughing. And she reminded me of one more term that i forgot to put here:

Stuck up

I was thinking "a guy who hasn't gotten off for sometime", she was thinking about Nal!

Humour is probably one of the hardest things to write without it feeling forced.

Thanks for the pics hun - they certainly stopped me from craving Mac 'n' Cheese with peanut butter on top, which is probably one of the worst cravings to have when you're lactose intolerant.

I agree with you on the dark suits that is. As for the craving you are having, I am sorry wont touch that one with a ten foot pool. But glad I distracted you enough to stay away from the dairy

Definately glad I only craved watermelon, oranges and popcorn during my pregnancies.

I have no words LOL. With my son I gained 27 lbs. with my 2nd pregnancy (my daughter) I lost 18 the first trimester and gained 28 the remainder so i technically only gained 10 lbs. Dr was not to happy.

With my daughter I gained 12 lbs and cried so much about it at the time but I think that was because I was 15 and worried about looking fat!!

With Saxon I gained 14 lbs which by time I fell pregnant for Topanga-Sway (7 weeks later) I'd only lost about 5 lbs and gained 10!!
So I'm hoping with bump I won't gain too much as I really don't need to and the doctors have told me that I shouldn't either.

Wow 27lb!!!
With my daughter I gained 12 lbs and cried so much about it at the time but I think that was because I was 15 and worried about looking fat!!
