This is the new thread as the other was sooo long and had lots of pages. Continuation of our wonderful discussions on Twilight Fanfiction, Books, and Life in general. But mostly Twilight fanfics... and life stuff that will get me a NOT ALLOWED statement.

Errr? Has PTS ever been down for more than a couple of hours? It's just, well, even if it went down for a day...is the general consensus that one couldn't survive for that length of time..without discussing FFs? I'm just asking because I've been away most of today and I might have missed something...

It once went down for a weekend. Some denial of service thing.

But really? It usually doesn't go down for long when it does go down. Mostly, I just wanted to see how one makes a group on FB. Now I have to figure out how to add Admin people.... Though I guess anyone can approve an add...

So today I started Written in The Stars by Lissa Bryan, mainly of the back of reading Some Say Ice which was such a lovely story. I was sceptical about this story previously but so far so good, only on 11.3/900

I have one with my name on it that I only visit if family members post pictures. And I only have family and close friends on it.

Then I have my Ellachanted one that I use for fanfiction stuff. That's the one I use the most.

I have it set to closed right now, but I will change it to secret once I figure out how to add those of you who aren't already my friend on FB

Yeah, that was something that had stopped me from reading it. I saw the pics that went with it and wasn't sure I wanted to read Edward with a tail

I could never get past the tail part, either.

Just...no. Don't add tails to our beloved characters, please. It kinda damages the fantasy.

But, I've not read it so who knows.

I just had the most amazing news! At least for my daughter...

Her most loved Baby Born doll lost his arm a few weeks ago. The doll is way too old for any warranty, so we didn't have much hope to help her there. The "doctor for dolls" couldn't help us, either.

So, I just called the customer service from Zapf (the manufacturers of the doll) and I just wanted to ask for a hint where I could find help or maybe get a spare part...

Well, the nice lady there told me to send them the doll and they will exchange it for a new doll free of charge! You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

They will even send some "dismissal papers" from the doll hospital back!

This is one of my favorite fics, but you have to go into with the mindset that it is supernatural and alternate universe. I never saw the pictures, and with this fic in particular I didn't try to assign a person to the image the author described.

I took the plunge back into Kristen Ashley. I purposely put it off because the last time I did it, I had to read about 8 of her books before I could make myself stop. Once I start reading one of her books, I don't want to do anything else until I've finished. Then I want to read another. But, as some of her characters say, got sh!t to do!

I started my first KA book last night!

I started with Mystery Man, but I only made it through the prologue and halfway into Chapter 1 before my e-reader woke me up with a kiss to the nose.

I've had a busy week - it was no reflection on the book.

Well, I flounced my first fic this week (that little gem Anchalee "recommended"

), and I'm also currently reading two things at once!

I forgot to load Mystery Man onto my phone, so I am listening to Part 3 in the very cute Marriage to a Billionaire series by Jennifer Probst - I loaded them all onto my phone a few weeks back and have been working my way through, alternating with fics.

Now just sit back and watch me get totally confused!

I like the idea in case but, I disabled my FB as I couldn't be bothered about what the daughter of a girl I went to school with had for breakfast!

I deleted my RL FB because I was sick od seeing the BS my sisters posted on there! It was doing my head in.
