This is the new thread as the other was sooo long and had lots of pages. Continuation of our wonderful discussions on Twilight Fanfiction, Books, and Life in general. But mostly Twilight fanfics... and life stuff that will get me a NOT ALLOWED statement.

what has it been, like a year and a half? What's new? Anyone grown? I'm certainly older, not wiser, graduated from Uni and currently unemployed; oh the joys of being a grown-up.

HELLO welcome back, it's nice to see you. All is the same around here...lots of new faces and some oldies have not been around for a while (or pop in when they can). Growing up sucks...fortunately the quicker you realise this, the better

Wait!?!?!?! They aren't the same person?!?!?!?!?

LOL! Yeah, I could have confused them. But I have heard of Cheryl Cole, I just didn't realize she was a singer. Her Wiki says she is also a dancer and it probably was the judging on X-Factor, but then if I don't watch the show on any regular basis? I will get the people confused with other similar shows.

I think the term 'singer' when used with Cole is a tad optimistic....strangled cat might be more on the mark.

Lol, I gotta agree with Mrs Fassy Wiki is being optimistic in their description of her being a singer, and even the part about her being a dancer is a bit too kind for her - yeah, she can dance but nothing that isn't already choreographed for her.

Glad that you graduated from uni, sorry to hear about your unemployment though.
Being a grown-up sucks most of the time, but it's what you make of it I suppose.
Since you've been gone there's been:
several newbies, a few PTS babies, a few sexcapdes and a few of our "older" members don't come on as often as they used to as RL is hectic etc.
Otherwise we're still pretty much the same crazy group.

Glad that you graduated from uni, sorry to hear about your unemployment though.
Being a grown-up sucks most of the time, but it's what you make of it I suppose.
Since you've been gone there's been:
several newbies, a few PTS babies, a few sexcapdes and a few of our "older" members don't come on as often as they used to as RL is hectic etc.

Nice to have some stability in ones life, but change is good too, looking forward to meeting the newbies.

Yup, glad to have graduated too, with my Honours and all, not that it is getting me very far in the job market, there is just nothing out there at all. Have a few possibilities in the works though, so hopefully something will come up. Might have to start looking interstate, one of the possibilities would cause me to move anyway, That would been a nice adventure.

I realised a while ago that growing up sucks, still pouting over it a bit. Just enjoying still being young while I can, even with the responsibilities slowly building.

After I saw it on that bookshelf I went on FF.net to make sure it wasn't complete that's how come I found out it was over a year ago it was updated and tbh I've totally forgotten what it's about anyway.

Hey guys, does anyone know any good twilight gay fanfic?

If you look on the main Fanfic page, a few threads below this one, you'll see two threads- Non-Canon fics and Slash fics. Non-Canon contains anything NOT bella/edward, and some slash pops up there. The slash thread, if I'm remembering right, contains some twi-slash, as well as some stuff from other fandoms like Supernatural, Teen Wolf, Harry Potter, etc. But those are probably your best places to get slash recs.

I admit to being a huge slash fan, but I've read hardly ANY twilight slash for some odd reason. They seem to be on the BDSM end of the spectrum in this fandom, which just isn't my thing.

One author I have read a bunch of Twi-slash from is owenic, who also writes M/M romance as N.R. Walker. I've enjoyed all the Edward/Jasper fics I've read of hers, as well as all the M/M stories she's written. You should be able to find her stories in the index. Try Sixty Five Hours, Learning to Feel, & His Grandfather's Watch. Some of her stories are traditional Edward/Bella, so be sure you read the blurb before starting one!

I know these aren't fanfiction but if you haven't read any of the Neighbor from Hell Series Books you totally should! Each book does stand alone but she does have characters from previous books in some of the others. Her books are funny, sweet, and sexy.
