Interesting question demaris - if they're identical - who cares which one Bella ends up with. If it/he walks like a duck, talks like a duck and thinks like a duck - its still a duck or in this case Edward under another name but the same face and dna. Its a crapshoot whether its a hea.
BTW I'm curious, if Edward has an identical twin in a fic, identical in everything but name (and a couple of character traits) does it matter which of them Bella ends up with in the end? Is it still HEA?
It has to be Edward. It can still be an HEA for Bella, but it won't be a B/E HEA. LOL! Now the real question is, what if she starts out with Edward Masen and ends up with Edward Cullen? Or vice versa? Is it an HEA? Or just weird?
ooohhhh. Deep. I love that. I suppose if you're a purist it has to be Edward Cullen, right? Though, she has ended up with Edward Masen a number of times. This is why I'm happy with my fluidity you can be 'happy' with less.
Ella - you are such a troublemaker. Personally - Edward Masen and Edward Cullen are the same person (more or less) - Masen is human. Cullen is a vampire. Same body more or less, same personality. The name change is protect his identity and the fact that he's over 100 years old and still looks 17. I've always harbored this fantasy that Edward Post-BD regretted turning Bella who had a tendency to henpeck him. Its a happily ever after for her because he can't dominate her anymore - its probably a maybe for him because she won't let him get away with anything anymore. He'll either get moodier/gloomier or the sex will be so good he won't care which should lean toward the side of HEA. I guess it depends on your outlook. On that note, I need to go back to my book and leave you both alone.
How weird, I started reading the 1st book yesterday; I'm really struggling to stay interested, to be honest, so I'm catching up with my TV (The Good Wife) viewing today. Hey my fantasy - so yeah - henpecked.......I had a storyline running through my head at one time but it never got down on paper/computer. It was called Unhappily Ever After and was funny. I know.....I'm just strange.......
It took me a long time to get into the first book, but once I finally did, I really liked it. But since they are so long, I never read any of the other books.

Yeah, it was a nice surprise, since she updated already for this week. She is trying to get on a regular schedule again and she isn't planning on making it last too much longer.
I forget about the movie. SAF sucks in BD so it may seem like Edward is henpecked. But in the books? When does she tell him what to do? She just doesn't tell him what she planned with Jenks. But that is only because she knows Aro will want to read his mind at some point. Otherwise, she tries to protect him just as he tries to protect her in the books. So where is he henpecked?

I can't to wait to see how Wisp ends, and you can actually start seeing a bit of progress in the plot now as going back a while ago it just seemed to be at a bit of a standstill - several chapters where nothing or not a lot happened to move the story forward. I'm glad that she's got her mojo back and is updating regularly.
Let me guess - it took place in 1918 or 1919? I've tried to avoid the 1918 ones especially if Bella's a part of it.
