I've been recc'ing this all over the place lately (as the girls here can attest to :D) You should also try Pushing the Limits by Katie McGarry as that's similar to Sea of Tranquility. I love them both.

Thank you for the rec! I'll have to ask my book dealer for it.  :)

Ohhhhhhhhh My very favorite book of the entire year was The Fault in Our Stars. made me want to never ever write again because I felt like it was so friggin' perfect, there was nothing left to write. And then I read The Sea of Tranquility and it made me WANT to write again. Books are amazing in that way.
My friend read The Fault in Our Stars and said it was great...  I've been wanting to read it, but the description sounds so depressing.  :(

Have you read Hopeless by Colleen Hoover?   That one moved me!   Intense subject matter, but such a beautiful story.

I had a couple of friends that read Hopeless and had some major issues with it. But I have it on my TBR list. I just haven't had, like, any time at all to read or anything lately. My creys! :'(

I finished Eight Days A week and it was very good. Liked this sweet yet crazy Daddyward. Loved the kids Bree and Brady too  :)
I am so glad you like EDaW! It was definitely one of my favorites to write - even if it was super long and junk. LOL  :-*

Oooh I'm dying to know what issues they had.   I haven't heard anything negative about that book at all.   Everybody I know that read it thought it was the best thing ever.

The Masters of the Shadowlands books all get such great reviews...  I suppose I should add those to my TBR list too.   Have you read the whole series?  Do they need to be read in order?

Few days behind, but, could we be interpreting this incorrectly.  Soaping?? Sopping, maybe?? A spag error? Not sure that makes it any better but just a thought. It would certainly taste better.

I've only read the first 2. The characters were interrelated, but not much so it didn't seem like they needed to be read in order. I really liked the first one. I thought they were overly hyped, but still good BDSM fics.

Haven't read both yet but my daughter really liked TFiOStars.

Am a huge fan of Colleen Hoover's Slammed Trilogy *swoon * Books that brought twinges to my heart the entire time i was reading it. Will and Lake's story? Butterflying amazing! Loved that the lemons were just right, nothng explicit, enough for me to allow my daughter to read it. Hey, i might read smut and watch pron but my daughter will be allowed to only when she's 30  :P

I postponed reading Hopeless bec i knew book 2 was coming out this year. Don't think i could stand the wait (like a WIP!) if i knew another book is coming. From the reviews at Goodreads and your comment, am thinking this is way darker than Slammed. Please spoil it for me: is it HEA? Thanks!

I love both of those books especially Hopeless, I seriously can't wait for Holders POV (Losing Hope) to be released next month.
Holder and Sky's (Hope) first "non" kiss was hot.  ;)

Is anyone else still reading A Prescription for Love? I think this chapter might be the one that makes me flounce. So ridiculous.

Also, all this PMS talk has sparked my own monthly visitor (again!). Are we all completely synced, now? :D

I think so Lauren,  Most seem to get it around the same time if not a week within each other

You guys are such wizards! I just used calibre to convert files. But since I have ibooks and kindle apps now, i don't need to convert anymore. Am too afraid to use Calibre to download stuff from FFN. My fanfics are sorted accdg to year i downloaded it. clearly, I wasn't in my right mind when I first downloaded/synced stuff from my ipad.  ;D I don't think my OCD can handle duplicate files in my PC. as it is, i turn a blind eye that some have authors name first and some are just titles. You can imagine what a b*tch it is to search alpabetically in my PC. One of these days I will eventually try to fix the titles so they will be "orderly". Just don't ask what year I will finish it  ;D

Last Sunday, I started my project of putting the summaries to my "done" list. Am about half way through and didn't realize how many i've read that I can't even remember the story. This is why i am so amazed at the girls at the 152 thread who are able to give the title when someone gives an excerpt or scene from the story. I can only do that for my faves. For the rest, I would be stumped! So to ficfangirl, ellachanted, tjputvin, chippy73, jkyll12, 2loveybunnies et al  :You_Rock_Emoticon:

Ahhh Booked, My OCD has taken its toll on me with Calibre also,  I bet you have some of the booksI can not remember the names of  i first read when i first started reading FF.  I so wish i kept a list back then.  :'(

You are NOT kidding!  It was crazy hot.   I was just trying to see if I could find a copy of that chapter so that I could post a link and what I found was even better.   Colleen Hoover posted that "first kiss" chapter from Holder's POV on her blog.    Ahhhhh.  I didn't read it all because I'm waiting for the book, but oh my!   I think that chapter was one of my top 10 chapters of all time. LOL      For those of you that haven't read it, the chapters are dates, so this chapter was called September 1st, I think.

I agree about Slammed... such a great series!  I just read the 3rd book that was Will's POV.   Not a lot of new content, but such a nice read! I had forgotten how much I loved Slammed.

Are you sure you want me to spoil Hopeless?   This book is intense and yes, covers a dark topic.     You really could go ahead and read it now because its completely wrapped up with Book 1.     The second book (Losing Hope) is mainly going to be Holder telling a similar story, I think, but more from his POV.     So, HEA or no-HEA?    Ask one more time and then I (or someone else) can spoil it for you in spoiler quotes.  ;-)
