Hope you're feeling better!  I hate hospitals

I've read Cliche.  This is the one the author called this E "JakeRyanward" after Jake Ryan from the movie Sixteen Candles.  Not a new storyline or plot, but I was entertained by this high school fic.  Very much had the John Hughes 80s movie feel to it.

Hey LoopyLo
Hope you're feeling better? Nice to see you back. I've read Cliché, I gave it 2.5** which to me means liked it but wouldn't necessarily read it again.
The meds they have me on are working so it's all good and bump seems to like them as well.  ;) :D
I will deffo read it next as I love John Hughes Movies - grew up watching them, Ferris Bueller and Uncle Buck are 2 of my favourite films.

Apologies, that made you sound much more shrew-like than I intended.

So it's 4am and I have to wake up at 7. In this case, my loss is your gain. Click spoiler for a fuckton of Rob pics. Seriously, about 20 pictures.
Sorry but you are not allowed to view spoiler contents.

So,I've not viewed this site in a couple of days and what a welcome this is!! Now, compare this to 1/2naked pics to those other guys posted and see the difference. This boy is so beyond hot without even trying.
Thanks for posting, made the start of my day fabulous.

I finally found a fic that I liked!!! And with Thee Fade Away by Derdriu oFaolain (it is posted somewhere around here).

Summary: On her first day of school, Bella stands up to Edward: Forks' own psychotic jerk. Little does she know, Edward
is a centuries-old Englishman with a taste for human blood. Will they fall in love, or kill each other first?

I completelly fall in love with this Edward. I literally couldn't put it down, but I had to sleep a few hours :P I have about 50 pages left. I love the style of writing, simple yet not stupid. Anyone read anything from this author?

I LOVED this story, it's one of my very favourite..I loved Northern British Vampward ( when do you EVER see that in Twifics!), he's comedic in a typically dry, sarcastic British way...LOVED IT. 4.*

I'm in a pi.ssy mood today.
Ok ok most days. i have serious nightmares, very bloody all the time. My shrink said I'm not a sociopath so that's ok (apparently sociopaths don't dream, if they did the chances of them acting out would be smaller). S I'm constantly tired and grumpy, cause I can sleep 10 hours and wake up not rested at all.

I should write books or at least fanfiction with all the gory dreams I have. And no I don't watch horror movies.

Anyway, since I'm moody, why the hell women keep insisting on writing fanfiction where Edward is a manwhore and Bella is a 25 year old virgin? I'm so tired of it.

Also, can people stop wearing strapless wedding gowns. Please! I feel the need to applaud when a person, fictional or not, don't wear a strapless wedding dress.

Overdone much?

Sorry for the bitch.ing

Afternoon folks! Hope everyone is ok. :)

I'm getting ready to go take apart my laptop, the fan has been running REALLY loud lately, I'm hoping it's just dirty, cause I can't afford a new laptop, and this one is just a little bit over a year old.

Last night I finished up Risen Anew, it wasn't bad, it was really different from most Bella/Jasper fics in that Edward DID bite her that first day, and she turned. It felt a little simple and easy and everything fell right into place for Bella, but it was an ok way to spend a couple of hours. Also, much less error ridden than others I've read lately.

I just spit my coffee out over this fic.  I'm reading along, it's all sweetness and light and full of fluff then suddenly out of NO WHERE, just dropped in the middle of the sweetest sugary sentence comes a full on lemon sentence, just bang! No, pre-empting, nothing! Almost like..
Jack and Jill
Went up the Hill
To fetch a pail of water
Jack fell down and broke his crown and Jill unzipped his fly with her teeth, grasping his large, throbbing cock, and shoved it into her mouth. Yeah! It shocked the hell out of me.. :D  :D

I can't stop laughing at your rhyme -  Bloody brilliant!  I assume you mean the bit where their physical relationship progresses?  It was unexpected to say the least.

I'm glad it wasn't just me, did you think it was dropped in a bit out of nowhere? I liked it though, it was a nice quick read.

I was babysitting at my brother & SIL's yesterday. Hot as all hades and the aircon was not working - has been struggling for the last month or two, but they haven't been able to get someone out to service it at this time if year. I cleaned the a/c filter and gave it all a good vacuum and wipedown. There was easily half an inch of "hair" growing on those suckers and possibly a small colony had staked a claim. I don't think the filters had ever been cleaned. I do mine at least 4 times a year - a must here when it can be so dusty and also so humid.

Anyway, when my SIL came home from work, the kids were rugged up in cardigans and slippers! Air con fixed!

I hope your home-handyman adventures are as fruitful as mine were.

Out of nowhere??  I had to read it 3 times to make sure I'd seen it right.  Then, later in the story it happened again.  Like you said though - short and sweet.

Not even close. I got one screw out, the rest were too darn tight. I think the problem is the screwdriver. All the ones I could find were too big for the screws, so I dug out one of those little eyeglass kids and used the screwdriver in that one, but I couldn't put enough pressure on the itty bitty thing to get the screws loose.

Don't forget to read the Outtakes in Into the Forest

(Sorry, can't link from my iPad but i know it's on here).

Also, another rec. A couple pages back we were talking about other stories that Kharizzmatik (author of EP) wrote. Her story Pinky Swear is really good.  Some angst, humor, a great Jake and a E&B HEA, which is why she wrote the story.  (No spoiler-- she states her reason at the beginning of the first chapter.) It was written after EP.  Go read it. . . :)

I completelly forgot abouth those, thanks :D

I don't know why, but EP never managed to capture my attention... I barely reached Chapter 15 and for some reason the story line held no interest for me. I will probably read it eventually just for the sake of it and it is well-written, just not my style. I will try Pinky Swear however ;)
