After seeing silverblossoms mentioned a few times in the past 2 days on here and another site I thought I'd try her stuff.  Uhm... huh?

I don't get the draw.  The first one to catch my eye was a tattooed and pierced Edward who owns a bike shop.  I thought  >:D but then I read the prologue.  hmmm... ok, I thought I'd read some more just really give this story a chance, but the writing was... I don't know how to explain it.  Unimaginative?  Anyway, I started skimming a few chapters, but had to flounce when I saw that Edward calls Bella "little girl."  Yeah, sorry, no thanks.

I go back to her profile to check out another story and see "Cullen's Lolita Crush" about a young billionaire and a young beauty.  I think "great!  should be no daddy kink type endearments here, because Edward's a young billionaire, right?  WRONG!  So Edward's young, but Bella's a f ucking teenager!!!  I'm talking 15 years old!!  :wtf: :sign0135:
I would rather cuddle then have sex.  If you're good with grammar, you'll get it.

..Wow. That's just embarrassing!

Also, I worry for any virgins who read fanfic lemons that revolve around Bella losing her V-card. The amount of instances I've seen where she's crying and it's super painful.. poor girls must be horrified after that.

Well, there's always the rest of those cherry poppin' fics where Bella has the best sex of her life. And usually it is her first orgasm in her entire life. And she is 25. God, I know fiction is supposed to be slightly unrealistic sometimes, but common! :P

I have fun with waiting for those special markers coming up in a story
I'm getting all confused when Bella doesn't drive an old truck - "A BMW?? Where's her truck?"

But I hate when writers don't get those references right.
B: Claire de Lune?
E: Yes! You know her music?
B: Of course! She writes awsome songs! I like her even more than Paramore!

Yeah, I really read that dialogue in a story...  ???

:sign0135: Jesus, I can't fathom that level of ignorance..."Hey Author? Ever heard of Google?!" WTF....

That's not a bad thing considering the pregnancy rate.  I might save some of the bad ones to show my Daughter in (hopefully) a few (lot of) years.x

What she said!  :great: Though there are plenty of fics where Bella has 3 orgasms first ride out the gate.. ::)

I said in a previous post that Silverblossoms' fics are not for me...I find her stories really immature, she has pretty good concepts but she doesn't have the writing chops to pull any of them off...shame; maybe she's young and will develop with time.

:iagree: I might follow your lead hun and show my 14 year old daughter some as well as I don't want her doing like I did - I fell pregnant for her at her age.
So if her let her read some scenes of Bella losing her V card she might be put off for a while *fingers crossed*

Well done you!  Good job!  Mine is only just gone 10 and I am shitting it.  I never think I am the age I actually am and still bow down to my Mum when we go out.  You SpaG whores can just ferck off at that last sentence!

I still remember the sex talk my mum gave me. It was two years too late and weird as hell  :D We were talking about a party I was going to and she used the words protect and protection canstantly. So in the end I staight out asked her if she was talking about sex. I still rember the look on her face :P

Just started Sons of Cullen by irishchicka1 and liking it.  I watch Sons of Anarchy so it's interesting to see Edward and the rest of the cast in this context.  I've read other biker Edwards, but this author is really getting that Sons of Anarchy feel to it.  Just hope E's not a cheater like the guy in SoA

Synopsis: His life has always been lived for the Club. He's been raised in it, he embraced it and now he's risen to the station of VP in it. It's in his blood, his bike….the club…his freedom….his chaos…and that's the way he likes it. It's an outlaw's life he belongs to, a rich and sacred tradition of club first, family second and freedom third. It's all he's ever known and wanted

Nooooo!!!! It's a wip  :banghead:

Badly written sex scenes are the funniest. I don't understand when a writer will suddenly make Bella insecure when they're about to have sex when it's not been part of the story at all before that. If you get naked in front of a man and he's thinking your breasts are too small or your stretchmarks are too apparent.. he's probably not someone you want to be having sex with in the first place.

My Mum was always really laid back about sex, maybe because she was young (by those standards) when she had me. Don't get me wrong, she was hardly encouraging me to go out and climb men like trees but if there was ever a question I had she wanted me to ask her rather than reading it somewhere or asking a friend. And looking at some of the lemons I see, thank god for that!

I know!  It looks like she updated 7 chapters in a month and then just stopped.  She doesn't have any other wips.   :pulling

have you read this author's other story "Collared" that's actually complete?  I may just start it and hope for the best.

The Volturi Brothers have their hands in all things dark and sinful…drugs, crime and an intrical part of the BDSM community of Chicago. FBI Special Agent, Edward Masen and his partner Emmett McCarthy have put blood, sweat and a year of stake-outs to collar them to no avail. One poker game between directors of the FBI and DEA, throw Agent Masen and DEA Agent Isabella Swan into an undercover world of bondage, domination and submission. What happens when it uncovers the darkest desires that even they don't realize?
